This is followed by a fascinating introduction to the use of Natural Remedies in First Aid and preventive medicine, including the use of acupressure, aromatherapy and natural foods – for the personal use of those attending.
Certificates suitable for Appointed person and Emergency Aid Training, as recommended by HSE, valid for 3 years.

Understanding First Aid Courses
Many Organizations, Clubs and Special Interest Groups require a First Aid Course that is relevant and focussed to their particular interests or activities. A tailored, or focussed First Aid Day Course will be very relevant to your needs, providing maximum benefit in any emergency situation.
For those other than employers coming under the Health & Safety Executive (HSE) legal requirements, an HSE approved course may not satisfy their needs. HSE approved courses must present only the syllabus required by HSE for those employers covered under first aid at work legislation. The content, quite rightly, is very controlled and restricted to HSE basic workplace first aid.

Please Note: The Health & Safety Executive (HSE) DO NOT approve or certify any one day First Aid Courses or Appointed Persons courses and HSE insist that approved First Aid at Work providers must not infer that their one day courses or such issued certificates are HSE approved.
