For those other than employers coming under the Health & Safety Executive (HSE) legal requirements, an HSE approved course may not satisfy their needs. All HSE Approved courses are designed for those covered under first aid at work legislation and must only present and discuss the syllabus content specified by HSE.  This content, quite rightly, is very restricted and controlled to HSE basic workplace first aid. HSE  ‘Approved’ does not mean best for everyone, it means approved for workplace first aid legislation.

Many individuals and the self employed prefer a more valuable and interesting day of Emergency First Aid, Adverse Reactions and Natural Remedies.

We always hope you will never need to use your first aid skills, but should you face an emergency, being prepared with our first aid training will help you cope more confidently.

Presented at various locations, our one day First Aid Courses are specifically designed for those attending. A popular First Aid Course for Complementary Therapists (see feedback) & also a one Day First Aid Courses specifically designed for the Family with Young Children.

Whatever your situation - Be ready with your First Aid knowledge and a suitable First Aid Kit. You can save a life.

HSE compliant First Aid Kit available

Within any environment, a basic First Aid knowledge is essential. This day of First Aid Facts is designed to benefit those attending the course. Tailored days for your group, First Aid is presented in a down to earth, real life style.  An interesting day to gain, or renew, your Emergency First Aid requirements.

Q. Would our 1 day First Aid Course, or a 1 day HSE EFAW course, or a FAW course over 3 or 4 days be best for you?
A.
Understanding First Aid Courses

Please Note: One day First Aid Courses that allow Complementary, or Natural remedies/treatments to be included, or discussed in the day are suitable for Appointed Persons. The content is not restricted to the basic syllabus of the Health & Safety Executive for statutory workplace first aid course approval. Courses classed as ‘Approved’ are restricted in their content and must only contain the basic syllabus information required by the HSE.
